Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a digital product has been purchased and delivered.
What Is Covered
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading a purchased product, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request Support
If you have a technical issue with a purchased product, contact us at support@egrcapitalco.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Exceptions
In the rare case of a duplicate charge or billing error, we will issue a prompt refund for the duplicate transaction. Please contact us with your order details and we will investigate immediately.
This policy applies to all digital products sold through EGR Capital Co. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
