All products, tools, dashboards, checklists, and educational materials provided by EGR Capital Co are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Digital Product Purchases

All sales of digital products are final. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products is prohibited.

3. Member Access

Member accounts provide access to purchased downloads and member-only resources. Account credentials are personal and may not be shared. EGR Capital Co reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

EGR Capital Co shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from use of any product or material. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

5. Changes to Terms

These Terms are subject to change. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
